Overview
Community Living Partnerships (CLP) operates as a family of business organizations with proven expertise and experience in the full range of activities required to move from an idea to a successful reality. Whether it’s building and managing our own senior housing facilities, Comforts of Home, or developing a new, mixed-use project with outside partners — we apply the skills and experience garnered from work on more than eight properties to deliver high-quality projects that meet the needs of the marketplace.
Most of our projects involve senior housing or include a component of senior housing as a focal point for mixed-use, retail and commercial development.
Our corporate offices are located in White Bear Township, Minnesota. Five business divisions comprise the Community Living Partnerships family:
Community Living Partnerships Development Services, LLC
Provides development services for Comforts of Home properties and for outside clients in senior housing and mixed-use projects.
Community Living Partnerships Management Services, LLC
Specializes in quality, long-term site management and marketing for senior housing and mixed-use communities.
Comforts of Home Senior Housing and Services, LLC
Our brand named senior housing communities, providing senior apartments with services, senior town homes, assisted living, and memory care.
Comforts of Home Care, LLC (formerly Amerihealth)
A Class “A” licensed home health care provider, offering services at the Comforts of Home locations and throughout the larger communities we serve. Medicare-certified.
